Except for recent BINGO games I am not a gambler.

However I did make a bet with a friend last week and I WON!!

Whoo-Hoo. What did I win? A cup of coffee. Is it a big deal? Yes, of course because I won, I won, I won. ha ha ha. The bet was regarding how many concerned citizens would show up for a meeting regarding public safety.
